   Hi, I just noticed the parity drive is very fragmented (100% according to Auslogics Disk Defrag), any advice against running a defrag on it?

   Can't see any reason why not. I'd avoid running any updates while the defrag is in progress.

   I defrag without any issues. Not sure if it does anything for performance - but I get piece of mind

   With Auslogics' I run a preview and select only highly fragmented files. And yeah, mostly for piece of mind *OCD-brofist*
